Jasmine D. Taylor, MBA, PMP
Jasmine D. Taylor is a Principal Learning and Enablement Consultant and PMP-certified Project Manager with over 12 years of experience designing, leading, and scaling enterprise learning solutions across federal, corporate, nonprofit, and higher education environments.
Her work sits at the intersection of learning strategy, instructional design, and systems enablement. Over the course of her career, Jasmine spent nearly a decade as a federal contractor, partnering with organizations such as the United States Agency for International Development, U.S. National Guard, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In these environments, she led complex training initiatives, modernized legacy learning content, and ensured compliance with federal accessibility and quality standards.
Beyond the federal space, Jasmine brings deep experience in higher education and mission-driven organizations. She has designed and launched inaugural training programs for institutions such as Morehouse School of Medicine, as well as several historically Black fraternities and sororities. Her work in these settings emphasizes change management, stakeholder alignment, and long-term sustainability, not simply course delivery.
Her impact also extends into the private sector. You may have encountered her work indirectly through training programs developed for nationally recognized consumer brands including Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, and Pretzelmaker, where scalable, engaging training was critical to frontline performance.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Rockhurst University, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.. She has a MBA at Georgia State University with concentrations in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Through Noteworthy Consulting, Jasmine partners with organizations that need more than content creation. She helps leaders design learning ecosystems that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
